A public thank you

The person this goes out to doesn't read DU, as far as I know, but I hope that those who suffer from depression or those who live with someone who does might get some encouragment from it.

Last night was my daughters last session with her therapist. It took us many years to find a psychologist and psychiatrist that she could relate to and was effective in her treatment. The talk therapy gave her an outlet she desperately needed while many different combinations of drugs where tried to find ones that helped without causing problems of their own.

Thank you Dr. D for giving us a happy healthy daughter. A daughter that can sleep at night, a daughter that we are not afraid to leave alone, a daughter who sees a real future for herself.
Thanks for making our family whole.
