I always need bookshelves, I never have enough...In my back room, I got a closet full of books, probaby 1,000 plus...just sitting boxes, collecting dust....but man, shelves are so spendy, even the cheap knock offs, are expensive...

I hate to think what my poor back would do to me if I slept on a futon every night.

And thank you--those are all original Chinese watercolors and calligraphy scrolls (the stuff on the opposite wall are all Calder prints).

39. Hey, you wanna eat well, I can tell you where to go.
LA is highly, highly underrated as a food town. LA and DC are my favorite food towns (and yes, I've spent considerable time in NYC, and still rank those two over it).

Great Vietnamese food in the valley, an assortment of great places in Little Ethiopa on Fairfax...it just never ends.

41. Los Tacos!
The nastiest, greasiest, cheap-ass Mexican food in the city....and OMG is it good. I'm pretty sure they use lard in their beans (which makes them taste SO good).

They're all over Hollywood, and they're open 24 hours. The ultimate drunk/munchie food. The chile relleno/beef taco plate is my go-to meal there. Or, if it's breakfast time, the chorizo and egg burrito.

Benito's taco stands aren't bad either, if you like your tacos fried taquito style.

Damn. Now I'm hungry.

42. I haven't had dinner yet either!
My stomach is rumbling! I can tell when a Tex-Mex place uses lard in their beans. They just taste so much better. You can taste the porcine goodness. There is a reason I was damn-near 300 lbs. at one time.

77. I like the batcave!
I also love the exterior--all those trees are just perfect, and is that a big front porch?
