9. He's having such a hard time with the women he dates in the

series, it might be refreshing if the writers do a story on him coming out as being gay.

It will be hard for him because, his family is really redneck, as the Thanksgiving episode showed. His infatuation with Meredith wasn't so great when they had sex. His dalliance with Dr. Torres isn't working because he can't commit.

Yes, something deeper is happening there. He needs a Jack to teach him about his real orientation, like Jack taught Will on "Will and Grace".

I have never wondered about his sexuality or even thought about it at all.

As for his character...well, I've always thought Meredith belonged with McDreamy and that George would get over her.
