On our 21st anniv., I discover that DH really DOES resemble George Clooney

The only cutie movie guy I have a thang for is GC. Not that I would stalk him (though I had a client who did so, every time he came to CHGO to film exteriors for ER) but he's Cary Grant reincarnated without the snazzily annoying accent or the fey tendencies.

So yesterday, our 21th wedding aniversary, I was checking out the PPV selections on cable and
clicked the preview for Syriana. Oh. My. God. Clooney, with the extra 30 lbs he gained for the film, plus the beard, looks so much ike my own personal husband that I dammned near fell out of my chair! I reran it for the gals--being 10 & 13 it is their sport to make Mommy wrong whenever possible--so I knew they'd be brutally honest. Even they were surprised at the resemblence.

Hubs was quite tickled by this discovery. He's been losing weight and telling him he looks like Clooney didn't exactly hurt his ego...
