i am smoking BBQ Ribs for 6 tomorrow and have a TON of things to do!

plus a martini sounds GREAT right about now no?

can I leave for the day please?

I used to surprise my employees by giving them afternoons off (with pay, of course). They never knew when to expect them, but it was usually Friday afternoons or afternoons just before a holiday. If they'd wanted a martini on those afternoons, I'd have said, "Go get one!"

I can't believe that I am not only at work but functioning at the level that I am. I took a look at the bottle about an hour before the game last night and I had drank WAY too much of it.

Must be either all the vitamins I have been taking or all the water I have been drinking is really paying off.
