I'm not playing (alas those days are gone), but we are going to a Ren and Baroque concert with a Halloween theme. If you dress up, you get one free ticket. My son and husband are refusing, so I guess it's up to me. They are actually decorating the hall, and everything.

1. kick
since this got no responses last night.

Wish I knew how to dress as the Lady of the Lake or Ophelia or something. But I don't want to scare my kid...:)

2. So...
are you supposed to dress medieval, or can you just wear any costume?

4. I don;t think so, although the crowd is usually pretty cerebral
I don't think dressing like Ozzy Osbourne would go over too well.

I was thinking gothicy or something feminine and mysterious with lots of gauze?????

I don't know - the guy at the Ren/Baroque office offered no hints. There is sort of a grave0yard look to the posters for the group....

8. that's excellent!
I'll have to see if I have any long white "drag on the ground" type duds. Too bad my closet is full of the colors of "the dark side." :)

5. that's pretty good
my son didn't like my pallor at the last Halloween party I went too - sort of an Elvira look, but without the giant bust... so Im trying not to look too pasty/dead....
