The Domestic Diva strikes again!
I've washed all the tile and hardwood, vacuumed all the area rugs, changed the sheets on five beds, done four loads of laundry, dusted the furniture AND I have the pastry dough for homemade cinnamon buns rising in the oven as I type.

I am a goddess. Admit it.

1. Hmmm...I've watched tv all day.
Wait, I did venture out of the room once. I got a can of Diet Pepsi Twist and a slice of cold pizza. Then, I went back to the tv.

sick and premenstrual. What are you watching?

3. I watched some Lifetime movie, then some survival show on TLC.
The survival show was cool. Ferris Bueller is on Comedy Central, so I think I'm going to watch that. Of course, I should probably relocate to the basement with the big plasma & digital cable and see what's on there. It's rare I can get near that tv, but apparently, my parents are heading to our condo for the night, so I can bask in the glory of 500 channels.

4. Cool. I have but four channels & so have very low standards
when it comes to my t.v. viewing. FB is a great movie... I fell in lust with Matthew Broderick when it first came out.

7. I didn't have any tv channels for almost 2 years.
Once I had cable again, it was insane. I was mesmerized by the dumbest shit ever. It was like I was making up for lost time or something.

I've probably seen FB about a 100 times. I remember the first time I saw it was on a day where I was home faking sick from school. Perfect.

14. Lol.
I know if I had cable, I'd watch. It's the only reason I have never had it... because I can get addicted, like to DU, or Buffy. Some day I may throw out the t.v. Then again, maybe I won't.

21. Yeah, and now I'm debating on whether to head to the health food store
for some Gimme Lean. I basically have 45 minutes to debate. I may just eat a tv dinner, although I kind of feel like cooking.

Can you pick me up some basil while you're there?
My car battery is dead. I'm trying to remember what I made with Gimme Lean and why. I do remember it was good. Oh yeah, it was right before my hellacious trip to Mexico... feeding some vegetarian friends who don't like either onions or seasonings. I had no choice but to use a beef substitute. I know this is very interesting to you.

39. Yeah, I was.
Jeans and a wifebeater are always a good look for me, even if I'm wearing a jacket over it.

Anyway, I dumped her because even though she was really hot, she was still a crazy junkie and heroin is not a drug I'll put up with.

43. I've noticed that the sloppier and dirtier I look, the more hungry
looks I seem to attract. It's perverse and kind of yukky.

Staying with a heroin addicted lover is giving up on ever having a real life yourself. Clearly, you are worth much more. Though I feel badly for your ex.

13. Anybody who jogs anywhere, I admire.
My rheumatoid arthritis excuses me from actually running, but I could use a machine or something. I just don't. The veggies sound good. Between that and reading the cookbook thread, I'm ready to break out my Moosewood cookbook and build something delicious.

I don't like them! That's the beauty of it. The kids are thrilled, the husband is appeased and I stay svelte and healthy. Also, I make these things. There is a total of 3/4C of butter for twelve rolls. Only one egg. So, they aren't that bad :)

I'm assuming by "born again" that you've been here at DU for a while, but if not, Welcome to DU!
