My grandparents lived there for many years. My sister lives in Kentucky. But I was thinking Appalachians. Lovely part of the country.

11. ahh yes--the waterfall--where that is taken

there are over 100 waterfalls in that county--it is beautiful up there--like the swiss alps. So much so that a lot of swiss settled in the area. where my best friend lives I think any minute Heidi will come along and start yodeling:)

26. I did see it...

And, I feel badly I "threw you to the wolves," so-to-speak. I really..never in my wildest dreams...would have thought other parts of DU harbored such ill-feelings about the people in the lounge. It just blew me away. Now, granted, I didn't see the flame war here...but really...they called lounge lizards every name in the book.

Suffice it to say, I won't be sharing any of my photos with that group! :eyes:
