Belgian waffles, anyone?

I made too much mix...I have some real maple syrup from Plessisville near Montreal too, not that amerikanische schweine "topping" crap they sell at the grocery conglomerate...

P.S. Apologies in advance to Vermont. Their maple syrup is decent too.
