Best BitTorrent software for Windows?
I need something that's not bloated and full of spyware, possibly not using Java. Anybody have any suggestions?

Don't know if it's Java-based, though.
And it doesn't seem to have any spyware, either.

3. I have been using µTorrent for several months now
both to download and seed torrents, and I have been very happy with it.

http://www.utorrent.com/

(I used to use BitComet but I had some problems with seeding torrents).
