7. It's two guys who sit down to sing in the midst of a crowd

One has the guitar, the other is the singer. And then the "singer" pulls out some kind of vocal-translation thing (I don't know the right word(s) for it) and begins to "sing"... through a trach hole in his throat. The words of the song are "Tobacco doesn't always kill you..." And the crowd kind of mills around, staring at them. It's pretty creepy.
