Post a still frame from a movie, then let us guess the movie
To get a still frame, you can do one of two things. One way is to go to imDb and look up the movie, then click on "Photo Gallery" under "Promotional." Or, go to Google Images and type in "stills" and the name of your movie.

If anyone identifies this one, I will anoint you Official Movie Buff of the DU Lounge:

24. Very good. "Balthazar" is very depressing, but the filmmaking technique
is unparalleled. I would recommend it to anyone, but it's definitely not a "feel good" movie.

38. Yeah, I think it's one of his best. There is so much great commentary...
...packed into single lines in that movie. I'm not sure if O'Bannon or Carpenter is more responsible for the dialog but I really wish they'd continued in that vein.

IMDB summary:

An epic portrait of late Sixties America, as seen through the portrayal of two of its children: anthropology student Daria (who's helping a property developer build a village in the Los Angeles desert) and dropout Mark (who's wanted by the authorities for allegedly killing a policeman during a student riot)...

Doesn't sound like a movie where a plane is flown through a billboard.

Ah, Judith Anderson as Mrs. Danvers. Most charming psychopath. The photo is from this scene:
"You're overwrought, Madame. I've opened the window for you. Some air will do you good. Why don't you go? Why don't you leave Mandalay? He doesn't need you. He's got his memories. He doesn't love you, he wants to be alone again with her. You've nothing to stay for. You've nothing to live for, really, have you? Look down there, it would be easy, isn't it? Why don't you? Why don't you? Go on...go on...don't be afraid..."
