After last night, I am establishing new rules to live by...
1. My college roommate and I should never drink alone together
2. Wednesday nights for some reason always get out of control for me when I drink, so I should probably stop doing that
3. It's called beer pong for a reason...always use beer and not Southern Comfort, after one round you are blasted. The game was also meant to be played with 16 oz plastic cups, not 9 oz which are incredibly difficult to throw the ball into after doing so many shots of SoCo.
4. And finally, this is a big one...shots of Tequila are never a good idea, especially after you and your buddy just finished an entire bottle of Southern Comfort in less than a 3 hour timespan.

That is all

3. I spent the night at her place
which meant I had to drive home because she had to go into work at 1. Thank Jeebus I didn't have to work because the entire car ride home I was trying my hardest not to pull over on the highway and "purge my system". Once I got home, I immediately headed upstairs and "slept" til 3:30 when the hunger pains got too bad and I needed to make a sandwich. Thats pretty much where I'm at now

2. Did you end up getting engaged to your roommate due to a combination
of alcohol and the supreme court decision?

4. lol...no we didn't go gay because the law would allow us to "marry"
although she *does* have health insurance and I'm pretty jealous of that

5. In my experience, the difference between a straight girl and a queer girl
is often their blood alcohol level. Keep drinking and you might get that health insurance.

7. Man, I bet you feel like hammered shit.
I can't think of anything worse than a Southern Comfort hangover.
Stick to Scotch.
It's a lot kinder to you.
Get well soon.

10. What is the point to doing all that drinking and making yourself feel
so badly?

How is that considered fun? I don't get how this is considered to be fun or entertaining...

I've never understood this! Can you enlighten me?

11. It's fun at the time
and the relationship I have with my roomie is a relationship of one upsmanship...so someone had to "win" at drinking, and once you've started drinking the idea that no one really wins at that game is something you don't grasp at the moment.

13. I always recommend that people who enjoy drinking go to a regular party
that they usually do, and remain sober. Don't drink at all.

Use your skills of observation on your drunken friends.... and then assess what you've seen the next day.

It's interesting.
