2. Not as bad as usual.
I only read the first 15-20 or so, but at least there's someone on there familiar with evolution in relation to zoology.

6. Oh Jesus H. Christ on a trailer hitch,
how can anyone be that fucking dumb?

I'll say this for creationists: I can't understand how evolution and natural selection still hasen't manage to extinguish Freepers.

At least some of them seem to present a certain degree of intelligence and common sense, which is rare for FR.

15. You an attract many similar comments here...
just post an evolution thread in GD. Before long you'll be referred to as a "materialist" who isn't in synch with the vast mysterious nature of the "immaterial" universe before be asked to prove the big bang theory via quantum mechanics with references to New Agey magazine articles as "proof" that evolution doesn't exist because it doesn't account for souls, essence, or auras.

You probably won't get bums rushed by a mob of toothless Young Earth creationists like most of FR seems to be, but you'll certainly be able to apply to the "how can anyone be that fucking dumb" comment to several, if not dozens, of our own.

16. I must admit that I've never tried that here,
But if I ever do, I will not hesitate to apply the label to our own if they deserve it.

7. Get this. Those people work HARD on their stupidity
to the point that iot becomes a form of art:

"Unaltered for 360 million years? Back to the books for evolutionists. Since a lamprey didn't need to evolve this means that humans didn't either. That's what I get out of this."

Suuure. And since birds have wings, that means humans must have them too!

8. This one must be the dumbest of all
To: SlowBoat407
Ok, I'll warn you now so you can call me names ahead of time - I'm going to post and run, because I can't strand my son at school.

Here's my comment: I've seen in this thread the one common theme I've seen from all evolutionists - no matter what the fossil record shows, it supports evolution.

Think about it. All of these have been proposed on this one thread: 1) If there are changes, that must mean evolution. 2) If there are no changes, that must mean evolution. 3) If this branch didn't change, others must have, so that must mean evolution.

So: None of us were there, and the evidence is approached from a foregone conclusion. My conclusion just happens to be based on God, and whether any will admit it or not, He's better able to do the job than chance.

Flame away, but like I said, I gotta go.

9. "Evolution needs to get its stories straight. Constantly revising is not an answer."
Yeah, because discovery, analysis, and revision aren't TENETS of solid science, or anything...

That person just hates evolutionary theory because he was left out of the process.

17. It's just how these people think.
Changing your mind is a sign of weakness to them. It means you failed to get it right the first time.

Sometimes I forget the level of stupidity over there, and they have to prove it to me all over again. Oh, and it's good for a laugh, too. :)
