Somebody has to say it: 'Kitty Threads' could lose the Senate for us!
C'mon people, show a little common sense here! I know kitties are important to all of us (some of my best friends are or have kitties) but we can't keep making all this noise about them. There are some irrational people in the world who hate kitties, and we don't want to energize those folks in November. I know, those folks are stupid and evil - but it's just politics; we've got to play the game to get ahead.

So please, let's put the Kitty Threads on the backburner for a while. Once we get the House and Senate - and make some progress in other areas - we'll get back to the kitties. I promise!

1. My kitty could do a better job
Wouldn't you rather see Wicket walking around the Senate floor than George Allen or Rick Sanscrotum?
