All this week I've been watching the best/worst horror films imaginable.

3. Battlestar Galactica is the only show I make time for
I don't watch anything else on a regular basis.

And, I love watching the badness of some of their movies. Amazing how one network can come up with greatness in Galactica and such utte schlock as "Pterodactyl" or "Raptor Island" or whatever.

8. It's just off-season right now.
Sci-Fi runs in two seasons. Some of their original shows run one half of the year, and the rest run the other half.

Season 1 is Stargate: Atlantis, Stargate: SG1, and usually some third show that shifts from year to year (Andromeda, Farscape, there have been several). Season 2 is Battlestar Galactica and Dr. Who.

I really wish SciFi would pull Eureka to Friday's from its current Tuesday slot. That's a great show, but as I understand it the ratings aren't the greatest because of the time slot. I guess SciFi has been migrating towards more of a two hour Friday Prime format rather than the three hour (once upon a time, Friday Prime was 4 hours of new shows...that didn't last more than a couple of seasons). When BSG and Dr. Who go off-air again, the 'Gates will return.

12. Wait till you see Torchwood...
(if you see Torchwood).. I think it will be hard for SciFi to show it without chopping it to bits (runs about 52 mins ep) but is FANTASTIC!

7. Oh I will
It can't be as good/bad as the this one (don't know the name because I missed most of it) where a guy is hacking up zombies with a lawnmower. Limbs flying all over the place.

on Sci-Fi. It is based on "The Dresden Files" by Jim Butcher. I don't know when it is going to start showing, but the books are amazing.
