I had to deal with Net10's costomer service. At least I could understand the guy on the other end, but he said that I'm going to have to exchange phones because this one is broken. That won't be for another 5-10 buisness days.
What's worse is that I won't be able to keep my number, so I'll have to track everyine down that has my cell phone number and let them know that I'm going to be getting a new number
