Halloween Parties! I miss those days...it's been a long time since I've been to a good Halloween Party.

We started out letting people bring friends and friends of friends. It got to the point where we had to make it "invite only" because so many freakin' people showed up!

We had a large house in the Hollywood Hills with a humongous deck. One of our friends is a dj and would dj for us-- lots of funk and hip hop!! The deck made a killer dance floor.

One of our parties ended with naked girls in the hot tub...but that's another story.

Sigh...to be young and stupid again...

2. I wish that was my experience last night
The party I went to last night was L.A.M.E. The people hosting the party were cool and they had great music, decorations, great drinks etc but the other people there were SOOO boring. It was a complete waste at what should have been a good time.

Most people there wouldn't start socializing until the football game they were watching was over (why not do that at home and then come to the party??). For an hour or so after that I attempted to engage several people in conversation but they all knew one another and would start making inside jokes or telling stories from past experiences which is anti-social when meeting new people. I can't remember the last time I had that hard of time making conversation with new people. It felt horrible.
