It's a local one, hopefully...

in big block letters it says 'DON'T VOTE!' underneath in much smaller letters it says 'until you know how the candidates stand'

Good Idea, not voting unless you know how the candidates stand. But how many people won't get past the eye-catching 'DON'T VOTE'? :headbang:
