my main man, S. Alexander...on the cover...and he is out with a broken foot, and our quarterback is toast...bleh...damn madden cover curse!

7. The second I saw Shaun Alexander on the cover

a few months back...I knew, just "knew" he was going to get hurt...it chilled my bones...and then I started to hope...cause he made it through a few games without an injury...then whammo....broken foot...so foolish of me to hope, the curse continues....

Last year, Donovan McNabb(I believe) and he had a very, very horrible year...

I remember M. Vicks cover, and thats when he broke his leg and missed like 10 games...my memory fades on the others...

The Madden Challenge has several different levels. There are competitions in 26 cities all across the country, and now for the first time this year the competition went international with five other countries competing. The winners from the 26 states and the five countries will meet up in Hawaii in Feb. during pro bowl week. The grand winner wins a cool 100,000. I'm in Dallas, and the challenge is coming to Texas Stadium (where the cowboys play) in six days. One of my friends is competing. I'd prolly get slaughtered, so I'm going with him just to scope out the competition for next year. It's going to be a good time I'm sure. This is my first year even going. Next year I'll register and compete for sure.
