What's the Mexican Spanish term for player?
As in,

player

A male who is skilled at manipulating ("playing") others, and especially at seducing women by pretending to care about them, when in reality they are only interested in sex.

(from http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=player)

(This is just the first definition. Of course there can be female players too.)

10. Depends on context...
Cabron would be a rough translation -- especially if you don't like the person in question.

Cazador de la Concha is also an occasional usage -- translates roughly to "p***y hunter"

12. No prob -- incidentally, you don't want to call anyone either of those...
neither is exactly a nice thing to say, though among friends, cabron becomes kind of like "dude." (similar to "guey," which means stupid, unless you're talking to a friend, in which case it means "dude" or "man")

Also, there's an accent over the "o" in cabron.

13. Now something makes sense to me. A guy I know was
talking to some of his compas, and he kept ending every sentence with "guey."

14. Yeah, in Mexico City, they say "guey" more than...
people say "dude" in Southern California. It really is almost every sentence.
