2. Nothing. That's my staple diet. |
|
Plus broccoli, but I didn't buy any today.
And some citrus herbs and paramsean cheese sparingly.
I don't do butter. I won't even roll around in it, there are better things to lick up (like pizza sauce made with extra virgin olive oil. Teeheehee, 'virgin'...)
My parents say I eat too healthy. (but for what they think is a simple splurge was 2+ weeks of constant junk and fast food, living it up because I didn't see tomorrow.)

It's a good fish. Low in calories, low in fat, almost no cholesterol... it's almost as healthy as the orange roughy species, but more plentiful (and less expensive)... not many meats are low in cholesterol. I betcha it's a staple of the Mediterranean diet too, which demands lean fish...

11. Actually, people who eat a mediterranean diet |
|
have just as much cholesterol as everyone else. They actually eat a very high fat diet. They just have a much lower rate of heart related diseases. It isn't totally known why, though the best theory suggests that it's the types of fats (mono and poly unsaturated fats as opposed to the loads of saturated fat the rest of us eat.)

10. A green market is a farmer's market |
|
I can never remember what they're called in the midwest - I think you call them farmer's markets.
:-)
Were the items on discount for being outdated or damaged?
