Some little pissant stole my cauldron. |
|
Okay, it wasn't a real cauldron. It was a black candy bowl for halloween that looked like a cauldron, and I handed out candy from it until the trick or treaters were running thin, so I left the rest outside so they could help themselves. They took the whole damn thing instead of emptying it into their candy bags.
Rotten little thieves. I go to alot of trouble to make up the house to be spooky and this is what I get. I hope the kid(s) get gum disease.

1. Sorry to hear that, Ilsa. Best thing to do is monitor their activity by |
|
withholding candy until you open the door and see who it is.
When you've had enough "fun" -- turn off the lights and go do something else.
In peace,

3. That's what I did. I took down all the decorations (some of |
|
the spider webs were still hanging about), darkened the place, and left them the dregs. They didn't have to steal the bowl.

|
and am taking down my Halloween spooky stuff from the front porch and turning out the light.

4. Try again next year. It's kind of a silly holiday anyway, right? |
