What is a "Carolina Joe" look?
Someone on another web site sent me a message telling me I have a "Carolina Joe" look. I sent a reply asking them to explain what that means, but they never replied. They sent the original message based on the pictures below. Has anyone else ever heard of this term?

2. Right, not a
real Carolina term.

I've never heard that expression. Must be a caullyfornia expression. :D

3. Lived in NC since 1975, and I've never heard it.
The only thing I can think of is that since UNC-Chapel Hill is known as Carolina, and you've got a clean-cut football-player look, that someone is using "Carolina Joe" in a similar way to an expression like "Joe College". Doesn't sound derogatory at all.. :)

5. I bet that's it
cause I've never heard it either. This thread is like some kind of Carolina roll call or something, lol. I never heard it in S. Carolina when I lived down there either.

8. Weird, because "clean-cut football-player" are the absolute last words I would
use to describe myself.
