2. Watching Texas Hold Em is fascinating to me.

I don't really like gambling, but I love the game. My lovely wife doesn't understand my interest in the game. i don't either, to be honest. I don't want to play, but I love watching it.

Is there a good internet site where you can play for fun without using "real" money? That might be worth a few laughs.

You can play on single tables or tournaments.

use to at party poker...but haven't played in a long time...and absolute poker too...I've won tables, but never a tournament.

5. You can play for free on HBO.com

Click on The Sopranos, then Games, then Big Pussy's Poker Heaven. (you have to register, but that's free too)

Big Pussy himself comments on your play: "Whyncha bet the FARM while yer addit?" And if you're too slow to place your bet, "Hey gramma, the light's green!"

Even if you don't watch The Sopranos (I don't), it's kinda fun. Of course, it's not real money, but betting real money over the internets is a bad idea anyway.
