11. I used to be that way, too.
My purse and I were inseparable and I carried everything imaginable in it. I was at work one night, looking for something and I swear...no joke...I found clean socks in there. My oldest son's medal-thingie that he got when he graduated. Matchbox cars. I wouldn't have been surprised to have pulled out a litter of kittens.

It dawned on me that I was turning into Bessie...the good ol' trusty pack mule: "Hey, Mom...hold on to this." "Can you put this in your purse?" "Mom, I need you to keep this."

So I stuck my driver's license in my back pocket, my keys on a keyring that I can hook to my belt loop, a lipgloss in the car and I haven't looked back.

MUCH easier.

:hi:

13. I'm the opposite LOL
I used to never carry a purse.

Now that I'm older, job & childfree, I keep everything I would need for an overnighter in my purse. Except clothes, I keep a duffle bag in the car with some though.

I love jumping in the car for a drive & deciding to just keep going. I did that 2 weeks ago. I left OKC & was going to drive to Norman but stayed on I-35 until I was in Dallas. Spent the night there & came back the next day. I couldn't have done that without my purse of the bottomless pit.
