2. Young lioness,
what pics I have seen of you - you certainly don't look fat. Personally, I think women should NOT be skin and bones. Women should be soft: more fun to hold:evilgrin:

36. No, you are not "superhuge" by any definition.
You have a lovely figure, beautiful eyes and a luminous complexion. Some of us would give anything to look as nice as you. I haven't been around here long but I have always thought you were gorgeous.

6. People gain weight in the winter time. It happens.
The fried food and sugar contributes a bit, too. Hey, how about fried sugar? Yum!

12. Choose your trainer/instructor like you would choose your SO.
No, not just shamelessly cute. Your trainer should be tuned in to YOU, not some regimen. Your trainer should have your goals in mind, not just working for an hourly wage. You should be the #1 focus during your time with him/her, and he/she should have your total attention. If your trainer doesn't, not only might you not succeed, but you may also get hurt.

CHOOSE your trainer, don't just take what's handed to you.

16. Well...
...I'll probably win the wrath of many on this website with this. Yeah, you don't look fat to me, but as an doughy Midwestern suburbanite, my perception may be skewed. If at your age you think you are gaining weight, then now is the time to do something about it. It is a lot easier to control when you are young when it is just starting than when you get to be a middle-aged, blimpified desk-jockey like me.

17. If you're up for some excersize
I'd be interested in some walks around central park. That kind of thing is always more fun with company, and this is a great time of year for it. It's brisk and beautiful but not too cold out yet.

21. My SO started eating fish, and we've lost some weight
He never ate fish before, so now we have catfish or talapia, cooked on the stove-top w/o oil, and rice twice a week. No other major changes, and I've noticed the pants are fitting a lot better.

29. If you are barely eating...
that could be exactly WHY your body is storing every calorie as though you are starving. It just might think you are. It's important to eat enough to keep your metabolism active. Eating too little slows your metabolism and causes your body to retain extra weight.
