You know, just because I'm a liberal and my IQ happens to be higher than 3 republican senators and a right-wing talk show screed combined doesn't mean that I don't enjoy TV Brain Candy. I love the show and think they are all quite talented actors. Heck sometimes when Olbermann isn't particularly interesting (it happens) I'll flip over to TBS to see if there is a Friends rerun on that channel and watch it a bit.

The show was unbelievably unrealistic but so what - if I wanted realistic I'l lock my TV on the "Boring-Ass Documentaries for Snooty Liberals with a Giant Pole Stuck up their Ass" channel.

3. Yeah, I do. That show is total unwatchable shit! However...
I *LOVE* Lifetime movies, so I really can't make fun of you. My sister and I could easily spend a whole day laying in bed watching Lifetime movie after Lifetime movie. In fact, we often will spend a crappy weekend day doing that.

As much as I hate the show, I used to watch it with my ex-girlfriend when we'd hang out at her house. So what you've done here, Ms. Smarty-pants, is bring up old heartbreak for me. Deal with THAT on your conscience. x( :P

9. I don't get it:
"my IQ happens to be higher than 3 republican senators and a right-wing talk show screed combined"

Why are you boasting of a below average IQ? :P

11. Ok, perhaps 5 republican senators, 2 right-wing screeds and 4 SCOTUS Judges
Edited on Thu Nov-02-06 02:51 PM by LynneSin
Is that better?

but I make fun of it, too. Rachel and Phoebe annoyed me. The rest remind me of people I know, love, and also make fun of. :)

If you see my post in that thread, so did I. I also loved 90210 and Degrassi. I'm expecting to be sued by the television snobs any day now. :toast:

14. Me too! I like the early ones. It was very hard when Tiffani Amber T
went from happy "Kelly" on Saved to bitchy "Valerie" on 90210.

Here's an interesting trivia thingy. Jennie Garth played characters named "Kelly" and "Valerie" so did Tiffani Amber Thiessen. Weird eh? And their BFF's in real life.

17. I'd love to see more documentaries
It'd be interesting if they did a documentary on snooty liberals with giant poles stuck up their a$$es. Lifestyles of the supercilious. That'd be a great show.

18. you know...
I adore Chandler. I mean, I would have his baby. I just love that character, and in real life I would love to date someone with that kind of wry humor. Everyone seems to be crazy about the Joey character, and I can't stand him. I think he's a total waste of space. So when I watch that show it's just to watch the Chandler scenes because he is hilarious, he really made that show for me. I also adore the Phoebe character too, I think she was a really good person, and I've been compared to her in real life a few times (I don't know if it was for good or bad reasons though, lol). The Ross character is really funny too, that nerdy thing he does is really sexy.

19. You can have Chandler, I'd take Ross any day of the week
But yes, Joey is a waste of space. Shame they wasted the spin-off on him instead of one of the other roomies!
