Nurse Charged With Cruel Prank On Ex-Boyfriend
A New Hampshire nurse is in deep trouble after she allegedly had a former boyfriend brought in for an emergency psychiatric evaluation that he didn't need.

30-year-old Julia Lynch, a nurse at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, is accused of filing a false report last month alleging the unidentified man needed emergency and involuntary mental tests.

Police picked the man up and brought him to the hospital. Doctors released him after determining he was not a threat to himself or others.

"Were alleging these services were not needed," Portsmouth Police Capt. Janet Champlin told the Portsmouth Herald. "She used the system for her own revenge."

10. I am surprized they found him "sane"
I always have the feeling anytime somebody gets a psych evaluation they naturally get a "diagnosis" that needs treatment.

12. Um, nurses can get people picked up by the cops for 'treatment'?
Shouldn't you need a doctor or a judge to sign off on that?
