Cleared up a big myth for me. i have always been told, and been dumb enough to believe a vegan or vegetarian could not hold mass and strength because you could not get enough high quality protein without meat.

Looks like you do fine. I will very seriously pursue a less meat friendly diet now. Warning though my family may hold a grudge. ;)

34. It's very easy these days.

I've got mad respect for those that were doing it 15 years ago. Now, with a little reading/instruction, anyone can do it. I've been vegan for 6+ years now, and this is the most muscular/strongest I've been (213 lbs on the scale at the gym today).

Again, soy, rice, wheat, hemp, legumes and nuts...all good sources. Soy being a complete amino, just like meat.

I saw your pic and your lift stats from earlier. Holding a grudge seems a little, um...*unwise* to me.
