Yeah, I know what you're thinking.... Three hour Freeper infomercial the night before the election on a channel which has been blatantly Republican since Peter Jennings joined the staff of Heaven News Network (if not before).

And sure enough, ABC's favorite Busheep poster girl Sara Evans is listed as one of the featured performers (though this might have been before her recent well publicized embarrassment over her perverted Republican husband's antics. And the CMA's were known for some 9-11 propagandizing in recent years.

But then I took a closer look at the lineup......

Jon Bon Jovi
Richie Sambora
Sheryl Crow
Faith Hill
Kris Kristofferson

Now that's not the entire lineup, but it's enough to make things interesting. I'm not sure exactly what Bon Jovi has to do with country, but I do know they're Democrats. Wonder if anyone's planning on making any statements?? You would certainly expect Kris Kristofferson to speak up.

Might be an interesting show..... for once. Maybe someone can sneak the Dixie Chicks on stage ?

2. Bon Jovi became the first rock band ever to have a No. 1 hit on the country charts.
""Who Says You Can't Go Home" made the #1 on the country charts earlier this year.

I heard him on an interview, can't remember which one, and he was talking about doing a country album.
