5. i stepped on something sharp late last night

didnt know what it was but it punctured the skin enough to make it bleed

6. Be careful! I punctured my foot with an AC/DC cord and ended up in

a cast. Feel better and get it checked out if it's not healing. :hug:

Why did you need a cast? I thought they were to hold bones in position while they knitted together. But you didn't break anything, did you?

10. I ruptured the tendons and ligaments and dislocated the bones

along side the right side of my foot. The cast was to stabilize it so it would heal.
