Who says you can't get good stuff on Freecycle?
The following offer was in my e-mail this morning:

OFFER: Large inflatable Rat

Yes, Halloween has come and gone but this oversized rat remains. It's over 2
feet tall with a menacing grin and outstretched claws. Maybe for a
teenager's room or rat lover's collection. Also might make a lovely holiday
accent dressed in a Santa's cap waiting at the front door to greet carolers.
(just kidding)

3. You never can tell when something like that might...
come in handy!

Alas, we really have no place to put such an item, although if my daughter were to read about it, she'd want me to run down and get it right now.

5. Our homeowners association probably wouldn't like it
...bad PR for the complex.

The kids would love it, though!
