2. Michael Caine. Won't see "Hannah and Her Sisters" or "The Cider House Rules"
because he's in them. The only role I could watch him in was in "Mousetrap" and that was such an AWESOME movie.

16. "The Cider House Rules" was excellent, Michael Caine or no.
I hate that furbitch J-Lo. I am sick of Tom Cruise, whose talent started disappearing around the time he got sucked into the $cientology machine. I will never again see a movie involving Mel Gibson (although I am probably not alone in my disgust for him).

I've hated him ever since Top Gun. I personally think he's an overrated hack. He makes all actors around him look bad. Note: Nicole Kidman won her oscar- AFTER she was free of the fidget. This new TomKat phase just made him even worse.

Actress: Kim Basinger. Horrible. Oscar- fluke.

I wish he'd quit getting leading man roles. I liked him just fine in "Raising Arizona" but I avoid most movies he's in. He never generates any heat with his leading ladies. I think he's better at character roles or playing the villian. But as the leading man? No thanks.

82. I am absolutely with you on Jack Nicholson.
When Reds was issued on DVD, one of the critics pointed out that Jack Nicholson's portrayal of Eugene O'Neill was perhaps the last relaxed performance he did (or words to that effect).

Nicholson has been doing shtick for decades. I've no use for it, and in addition, I have an extremely bad impression of him as a human being, for various reasons (Yes, I know he recycles, but it's going to take more than that).

One of my dearest friends insisted that we watch the conclusion of The Witches of Eastwick on TV some years ago. We're still friends, but I've not forgotten being put through that!

120. That's exactly how I feel about him - he doesn't act, he just does
his "schtick" and I have also have a bad impression of him from various things I have heard. He repulses me on an instictual level, I don't know why. Although usually when I have that feeling about someone, it ends up being for good reason.

60. Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston
This was from the 80's-way before Bobby Brown and back when he made movies people went to that I could not stomach. A couple years ago Costner was on Bill Maher and I wanted to punch him-he was ranting about wanting to vote for Nader.

OH YEAH-bigger than both of them..all time hate or rama-"most beautiful woman in the world" Julia Roberts. She gags me.. One of the few movies I ever walked out on was Pretty Woman..and I have seen her in other things but she just ruins it for me. PLUS she broke Lyle Lovett's heart and a few zillion other guys-she's one of them-the always has a boyfriend while breaking up with another boyfriend in the wings. Sure she's married now, but I still don't trust her!

When she became a teenager, I began to like her a lot better but as a kid she was awful. Or perhaps she just played her designated role too well

I usually try to avoid any movies with any of those people in them. Although I did think Jim Carrey did a fantastic job in Eternal Sunshine, Aniston was good in The Good Girl, and Closer was good DESPITE Julia Roberts.

93. Angelina, Scarlett, Kirsten Dunst...
Kate Beckinsale, and any number of the other blaaah, overrated actresses that always seem to find work in Hollywood. These women regularly ruin movies for me. If I see a preview for a movie with any of them in it, I cross the movie off my list. I just can't stand them.

As far as their male counterparts go...Josh Hartnett, Paul Walker and Kevin Costner top the list. And I've started to feel this way about Tobey Maguire, too...I think he's kind of a one trick pony who had a lot of hype but is really just kind of boring.

111. Meg Ryan
Julia Roberts
Diane Keaton

I dislike these 3 actresses so much I can hardly watch their films (no talent hacks that always play the same part- well Keaton did some good work when she was younger but not for at least 10 years now). Interestingly, I can watch Notting Hill, because Hugh Grant is always adorable, and I feel that Julia Roberts is really playing herself- a stuck up, bitchy actress.

I also loathe Woody Allen. He seems like such a horrible human being, and I don't like his films anyway.

I'm starting to feel this way about Tom Cruise and Mel Gibson, who have both turned out to be total whack jobs. That makes me especially sad about Mel Gibson, because I love some his older movies, including Tim, Mad Max, Gallipoli, Year of Living Dangerously, and Tequila Sunrise.

Ditto on Tom Cruise, can't stand him and won't see a movie if I know he's in it. I'm indifferent about Will Ferrell (I neither seek out his movies nor avoid them, but Stranger than Fiction was very good), but I do like Steve Carrell.

Hm, let's see:

Tim Allen (can't act his way out of a torn wet paper bag, and from all the accounts I've heard, he's kind of an a**hole)
Steven Seagal (...wait, nobody likes him)
