A great idea.

Making sturdy reusable grocery bags from all those reproducing in unimaginable numbers in my utility room. I knew I had hundreds of bags. In a rainbow of colors. The local places had stopped taking them for recycling.

But, I seen this tidbit, a way to make something useful and went to find a crochet hook.

I procured one and return home ready to begin this small honorable project.

But the bags are gone.

I'd complained often about the growing pile of plastic bags, and the lack of a source to recycle. And dear Mr. AF had finally found a place away to place them.

OK. It's not Oh-Henry, but I actually went and bought a stupid crochet hook. It was at least a years supply of bags!

Oh well. They'll probably come in faster than I can crochet anyway.
