I'm having the most dull day at work. Help me waste time by telling me how your day is better than mine :-P

1. Well, hmmmmm...let's see....
I overslept this morning and didn't get up until 8 a.m. Sounds good except one of the boys had to be on the school bus at 7:10 and the other at 8:10.

The kid who had to leave at 8:10 made the bus, the kid who had to leave at 7:10 had to be driven to school.

I packed a lunch for 8:10 Boy before I'd had a cup of coffee and then, once he was out the door, I went back to the kitchen and started doing the dishes that #2 son (who got himself out the door, thank goodness -- he has to leave at 6:40) didn't do last night and that I didn't push because he was upset about his job-thingie.

Then I poured a cup of coffee, got girly-poo's schoolwork organized and went to wake her up and get her started on her vocabulary and science.

I spoke to a friend on the phone for a little while, then ate some Cheetos and signed on to DU where I'm trying to figure out how much trouble I can get into between now at 1 p.m.

There...that's it in a nutshell.

:hi:

2. tutoring for spelling at my son's school
it's very exciting to see the wheels turning in kid's heads as they see things in a slightly different way. Plus I love words and spelling. It's very different from my paid job.
