Whoa!! I just tried on a pair of jeans two sizes down from what size I
wore in September. They were not even tight. It is the size I wore in high school, 37 years ago! I lost 9 pounds by only dancing a lot, going to the gym once a week, burning the candle at both ends, giving up meat and some bread, and going vegetarian! I must say, I am proud of myself!

1. You should be.
Weight loss isn't easy. It's a great feeling, isn't it? I put on a ton of weight when I had babies, and it was very difficult taking it off. I learned to appreciate how tough that really is. Good for you!

4. you should be proud
losing weight takes dedication and work; giving up the meat can be difficult too- a fellow vegetarian.

Congrats! :toast: :applause: :toast:

6. That's very inspiring!
Except for the excessive candle-burning, you may have achieved the perfect lifestyle. Good for you; nine pounds is a lot to lose!

8. you lost weight and inches, probably from the dancing
and candle burning Candle burning melted me away about 30 years ago, then I had a kid and gained it back.

I just reached the 40 pound weight loss via a year with Weight Watchers, so I know how great you feel. My first 5 pounds off was a cause for celebrating..

13. Believe me, going vegetarian has a lot to do with your weight loss.
I have been a vegetarian for the past 10 years and am wearing the same size clothing that I did 50 years ago in high school!
