What games would work well in the lounge?
Edited on Tue Nov-14-06 11:14 PM by mainegreen
I was thinking about this today. World association works. Chess might, but it would work best with some easy way to generate the board layout images (but with the forking nature of threads it would make for some interesting chess!). Hangman would totally work. Uno would never work out though. How do you skip left or reverse?

Either way, I wish there were more lounge games. Any ideas?

Edited to add Kudzu is not a game!

1. A choose your own adventure novel/game where someone makes a decision, and others
give them the results/consequences and they have to go from there.

5. Yeah, trivia and quizzes are nice, but it would be better if the replies after the first could be
totally removed, and they can't :/

3. Oooh that could be fun!
The trick would be to generate a series of plot lines.
Perhaps it could be done with multiple people taking control of the plot?

Interesting.

I'm just bored and hankering for something lite and fun in zee lounge.

4. What about six words?
You say two random, unconnected workds, and people have to connect them using six words or less. Example: french fries and Pluto

French fries > junk food > health problems > death > God of death > Pluto
