What a ridiculous idea. How the heck can you figure out an exact date anyways? Grill your parents on what date they boogie woogied?

I don't think so.

1. My dear MrScorpio..........
I agree!

Besides, I was a month early......so that makes it much harder to figure out my Conception Day!

5. It is quite appropriate
to celebrate the boogie woogie day! I can tell you when my son was conceived. Quite an unexpected moment, which I won't go into here.

Had an orthodox Jewish neighbor in college. He was a crop duster. He celebratd his conception.

I think it is perfectly valid. Why do you have a problem with it?

8. More . now I feel like a sex education teacher
It happens. It is beautiful and soul uplifting. Let's don't pull a Ted Haggard dirty deal here.
The problem with modern society as I see it is there is not enough healthy just let loose sex.
Why is it a dirty topic?

This thread may be shut down. But just let me say first, that it is normal. Are liberals normal?

i can think about YOU having sex or branjolina -- but i'm NOT thinking about my folks doing doing the 'wild thing''.

and nobody thinks sex is more wonderful or natural than me -- including you.

19. Then hate to say
you are not fully orientated. Why would you think about anyone having sex or not having sex?
I think I'm a bit more natural because I don't care. You seem to have a hang up. But whatever.

But now, I'm craving sex. So what is that about. Whatever you do . DON'T THINK ABOUT IT.

17. I don't know when my son was either.
I'd imagine that many parents are in a similar boat.

We made an educated guess for the doctor, and after that, it really didn't matter.

16. Someone here posted a conception calculator a few months back.
You entered your birth date and it calculated your conception date. And it turns out I do celebrate my conception date, but not because it's the day I was (supposedly) conceived, but because it's my dad's birthday.
