Good thoughts for my cousin, if you have some to spare please...

He is 18 and in his first semester of college. Last spring he had surgery for testicular cancer and the doctors got it all and he didn't have chemo. But a blood test came back positive last month so now he's got to do 6 weeks of chemo. He got a temperature on Monday and now it looks like he'll be in the hospital for a few days while they give him antibiotics for the infection. His college is close to home but he is living in a dorm because his parents decided to end their crazy/crappy marriage when he graduated high school and though they both offered him to come and stay with them, I completely understand why he is staying in the dorms. The school is being really awesome about letting him do all his work at home and online if he needs to and they also arranged that he get a single dorm room instead of sharing. But all in all, it is a very crappy situation, so any good thoughts sent his way would be much appreciated.
