My mom has insane migraines.. Her doctor gives her pills that help. She claims tea and Pepsi help. Caffeine. I would see your doctor...

I mostly have to just relax in a dim room. Sometimes they go away if I take it *very* easy. Other times, I either fall asleep/pass out or vomit and that does the trick.

I can definitely sympathize.
