I also don't have a MySpace page, and I think the new Playstation and the hype around it can just piss off. I only use my cell phone to make and receive calls.

I think I'm officially a fogie, now.

6. From the wiki (and WTF is "ownage" anyway?)
"Owned" (often typed in leet speak among gamers) is an internet slang word used commonly in gaming circles to acknowledge a form of superiority through the downfall of another group, be it another gaming clan, or a single user. This can be in the context of winning an online game, a debate on a forum, or attaining a successful hacking, as well as the signature to a rebuttal, such as "You got 0wned!" to announce the defeat of another user on the internet in the form of a debate or flame war. It signifies screwing up and humiliation, often through the dominance or superiority of another party. Usually, the term is used to express dominance in a negative sense, proclaiming better skill than the opponent for purposes of killing them. "Owned" can be used as both a verb (to "own") and noun ("ownage").

Leetspeek Derivatives

Because of its popularity among leetspeekers, "owned" has taken on a number of derivatives:

* 0wn3d (owned)
* 0\/\/ned (owned)
* Own3d (owned)
* 0wn4g3 (ownage)
* Pwned (owned)

16. When you are playing a first person shooter
you have little time to type because one must keep moving at all times to stay alive. So, before voice communication was prevalent, people had to type their trash talk and do so very quickly. "Pwned" came about, as far as I can tell, because people would frequently hit the P key instead of the O when typing "owned." Why other typos like "oened" or "ownes" never became popular slang I cannot say.

15. I like Owned, but I like to spell correctly
I'm strange like that.

As for my phone, it's a Treo 700 that runs Windows Mobile, so I use it for email, calendar, etc.
