because I am... Have you got any examples of the kind of end-of-winter craziness that afflicts some of us in the frigid climates?
My husband loves to bring up the year I went borderline crazy, couldn't wait for the snow to melt off our patio, and went out and tried to melt it myself, with a hair dryer.
Last year, I tried to spread it out when it started melting, to get rid of the piles once there were patches of lawn coming through. I chucked it all over the driveway and ran it over, too.

but when I lived in the NC mountains, there was still snow on the ground one late March day. It was in the 50's probably, if that. I took out my lawn chair, towel and proceeded to lie in the sun in my bathing suit while my incredulous girlfriend and neighbors looked on. I remember telling them the reflection off the snow would help tanning.:crazy: I've always been a sun worshipper.
