Do you have a favorite sushi roll recipe?
if so please share it!

I am fresh out of ideas for making sushi rolls. I usually make variations on california rolls and tuna rolls.

i just put stuff inside and see how it tastes :)

rice is always:
2 cups rice (uncooked)
4 TBS rice vinegar
3 TBS sugar
2 TPS salt

i usually do avocado, cucumber, and shrimp. (imitation crab gets old) Put a line of wasabi and coat in sesame seeds.

Also do raw tuna rolls.

3. Heard of caterpillar roll?
It was from California Beach Sushi in Hermosa Beach and I think that was probably the restaurant's unique name for it cause I've never found it anywhere else. But it was avocado, eel and thin sliced cucumber layered in that order, top to bottom. Add sweet teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds on top.

It's my very favorite and seems like it'd be pretty common but, I haven't found it anywhere. Of course, I'm now in Indiana so that probably explains that.
