We must end hemlessness in the 21st Century!
All of us with hems don't have to worry, but there are people losing their hems every single day in America. Lose your hem, slip up just once, and you're in the street. People expect you to pull yourself up by your bootstraps. People don't want a handout, they want a hand up. Some may say having a hem is a choice, but not for everyone.

I did not know others had advocated the end of hemlessness in the 21st Century. However, such a large problem deserves a number of threads.

It makes me feel good that other are concerned about this national problem.
