What's worse than a sinus headache?

1. Caffeine in the form of strong coffee

2. A hot shower, with the hottest water you can stand flowing over your face, neck, and shoulders

3. Spicy food. I favor the soup from the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner.

4. If all else fails, one of those Tylenol Sinus or Alleve Sinus tablets that you have to sign for. Don't be fooled by the "legal" versions.
