Tommorrow and T-day....wow, gonna be busy....

The menu is planned, but the shopping list is not even started! :o

Sniffa and I go shopping tommorrow afternoon, pick up pre-ordered turkey, and buy everything else.

Then, I/we cook squash, make cranberry sauce, and brine turkey.

In the a.m., it's time to flavor inject the bird, cook it, make mashed potatoes, rolls, roasted green beans, and other things...

We're doing an Apple Cider/herb injection :)

I'm ok with shopping tommorrow....We just need things like potatoes and beans, maybe some garlic. No real worries :)

Yowza. I went today at noon just for turkey and it was a freaking mob scene everywhere except the meat department, which was fully staffed. They weren't even checking the pre-order list --just tell them the weight and they were off!
