1. Well, it's an anagram of "Cow Tunic Mural" for starters
Beyond that, I'm drawing a blank.

It's in a lot of their recipes.

1 lb chicken breasts, cut in strips
500 g
1 can unsweetened coconut milk (1 ¼ oz)
1 can
1 ½ tsp Thai curry paste
7 mL
1 large red bell pepper, cut into ¼ -inch-wide strips
1
1 large green pepper, cut into ¼ -inch-wide strips
1
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1
1 Tbsp brown sugar
15 mL
1 Tbsp fish sauce
15 mL
1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes (drained)
250 g
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
75 mL
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
15 mL

Preparation:

Bring ¼ cup coconut milk and curry paste to boil in large skillet over medium-high heat, whisking constantly.
Add bell pepper and onion; sauté 5 minutes.
Stir in chicken, remaining coconut milk, sugar and fish sauce. Cook until chicken is cooked through, stirring often, about 5 minutes.
Stir in last 3 ingredients (tomatoes, basil and lime juice) and simmer 1 minute. Season with salt.
Options:

Add 2 Tbsp of peanut butter to coconut milk and garnish with crushed peanuts.

6. Put rum & pineapple juice in it, and make Pina Coladas
Not my favorite, but then again, I stick with old-school T&Ts

11. you use that to mix with rum
and drink it "jamaican stylee". that's how my jamaica friends do it. other than that, just use it like water, because that's basically what it is.

12. Sounds like water from young coconut.
Drink it as is. Google and be amazed at its nutritional values. One of the best things you can drink. And it tastes good too.
