1. I used to get a terrible headache
and wonder why I felt so cranky and sensitive. And every time, every time, I would go, Damn, that's right. It's the onset of "the muse." ;)

odd how it's easy to forget....

9. I would be aware of when it was due,
since I was extremely regular, but I would always be surprised too. Odd, isn't it?

3. evening primrose oil
does wonders for pms..... also b-complex.

Sorry you're having a bad time of it. I'd say it gets better, but . . . well - I'm going through menopause now and you get all *that* AND hot flashes, too. Not to mention the insomnia and the more severe mood swings and . . . well - don't wanna bum you out even more than you probably already are.

How about this, instead?

7. First of all
You have to be one of the most gorgeous women I've ever seen.

That being said, we all feel that way occasionally. You are neither fat nor have bad skin.

I'm 37 years old and am breaking out more than I EVER did in my whole life. WTF is that?
