How long and at what temp I should bake the 9x9x2.5 inch casserole dish full of uncooked stuffing/dressing that didn't fit into the bird yesterday? I'd guess it is a couple or three lbs???

Depends how hot the oven is and how wet the stuffing is. It's pretty forgiving in terms of being overdone.
